Please be advised that the Christmas cut-off date for Express Line packages is December 5th. Meaning you must process and pay for your express line orders before December 5th to ensure they have a high probability chance of getting to your customers in time for Christmas.
If you are still using EMS and our standard shipping for your orders, we can’t make any promises as to when your orders will arrive. We strongly urged all sellers to switch to Express Line in late October to avoid the EMS delays in November- December.
During this time of year, it’s also important to make sure you are paying for your orders on-time to avoid any backlog situations. Check your pending orders to ensure they are being paid off every day.
