Today we want to give an update on our canvas wall art products inside the app.
Due to new regulations with shipping couriers, starting July 1st, we will be limiting our shipping of wall art to the US only.
We will also be removing the express line option for canvas since express couriers will no longer be able to transport wood, which is considered an agricultural product, through their shipping routes.
If you do have the canvas in your store, please take note of these changes that will go into effect on July 1st.
If you accidentally sell one of these canvas products to a country other than US after July 1, Pillow Profits will refund you the cost of the canvas so you can refund your customer.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you but we want to give you the entire month of June to prepare for the change if you have these products in your store.
We recommend you post clearly on your wall art product pages that you can deliver to US only, this will reduce purchases to countries other than US!
