Over the last two weeks we have been testing a super fast courier named SF Express.
The great news about SF Express is that packages are delivered super fast.
The bad news is that when your Shopify store sends your customers their shipping confirmation email, Shopify is taking your customers to FedEx and DHL tracking sites causing a lot of unwanted confusion!
Don’t panic; the packages have been sent and are on their way with this new courier named SF Express. If you start getting customer support issues around tracking numbers that look like this –> 959609191365 …don’t worry, just direct your customers to https://www.17track.net/en where they can successfully track and see the progress of their shipment.
In order to reduce the chance for confusion moving forward, we will be discontinuing the use of SF Express as a courier (which is a real shame because it’s super fast!) because Shopify does not support these tracking numbers in their confirmation emails sent to your customers.
