If you notice some of your orders from October 28 – November 10th not updating don’t worry, they were all shipped out on time, and many have arrived at their destination.

If your customers are asking you where their items are, we have a list of all the correct tracking numbers so make sure to contact us with email subject : November Tracking Updates so we can prioritize your request and give you the most up to date tracking number.

Unfortunately our factory provided incorrect tracking numbers for 1% of orders which caused this mix up but not to worry, the items were all shipped out on-time and are either delivered or en-route.

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused in your business the last week or so and we are here to take care of you so get in contact with us and provide the order number and your store name, and we will give you the most up-to-date tracking number so you can provide it for your customers.
