Great news, the bedding machines have arrived at our production facility and are currently operating to increase our production capacity.
We’re now in the process of catching up on the delays that started a week ago.
As a precautionary measure, we froze the bedding sets in the app so sellers won’t be able to make new bedding products in the app for the next couple of weeks while we catch-up on production. We want to insure we can get our production times down before we relaunch the bedding in the app!
If you are currently selling the bedding sets and have published products into your store, you can continue to sell, but we ask that you don’t scale your campaigns until we have caught up with the demand over the next 10-15 days.
In the meantime, you can continue to make amazing designs using the mock ups provided on the knowledge base so you are prepared for the bedding relaunch in the next 2-3 weeks!
We appreciate your patience as we scale our capacity and get production times down in time for the big fourth quarter selling season.
