We want to give you a heads-up about the upcoming Chinese National Holiday coming up in October. (October 1st – 8th)
Production will resume during this holiday as normal with no interruption however the couriers we use to ship out of China will have small delays that you will want to be aware of.
If you’re using our standard EMS shipping option there will be a 1-3 day delay on packages clearing customs during the holiday.
If you are using our express-line option that utilizes DHL and Fedex, expect a 5-6 day delay on the customs clearance.
None of these delays will significantly affect your business but we do want to make you aware of them in case your customers ask you why your tracking coming out of China is slightly delayed.
China has holidays just like any other country and we need to work with them when they take holidays, just like if you’re shipping in the US, the post office has delays during the Thanksgiving and New Year Holiday.
The good news is this is the last national holiday China has this year so there won’t be any more holidays getting in the way between now and the end of the year!
