Chinese New Year is approaching in a couple of weeks; make sure you are prepared by watching the video above.
Pillow Profits production will resume as normal throughout the holiday ensuring minimal disruption to your business; however there may be small delays due to shipping couriers shutting down from February 15th to the 21st.
It is a good idea to let your customers know that there may be shipping delays if they order between February 6th – 14th since packages will not be able to be transported during the 15th -21st out of China.
Pillow Profits support will be working full time during the holidays so if you have any questions we’ll be here but please keep in mind that the Chinese couriers will be shut down from the 15th to 21st so if you have any questions regarding tracking your customers may have to wait a few days to get an update during the holiday.
It’s always a good idea to inform your customers about the holiday on your thank you page and confirmation email sequence so they don’t get surprised by delays that can occur.
