To make sure your standard packages are upgraded to express shipping, all you need to do is hit the “upgrade to express” button on your line items inside the Pillow Profits Fulfillment dashboard. This will add $8.00 to each item and ensure it gets shipped to your customers in just 4-7 business days (not including production times).

Important information you need to know to use express line shipping:
- Express shipping can only delivery to residential addresses (no PO Box or APO)
- Your orders must be in pending or on hold to upgrade your standard orders to express (you can’t upgrade after your items have moved into production)
- You cannot express ship pillows, cloth totes, and socks (the cost is too high to send with express packaging)
- The countries you can ship express to are

Make sure you get your products switched over to express delivery before the end of the month to avoid costly delays to your customers.
We highly recommend you collect your customers telephone numbers so the couriers can send them updates about their packages which will help to reduce your customer service loads. We cover how you can collect your customers’ phone numbers in the video above.
