You are entitled to refunds on the base costs of any orders that are placed on items we are not able to fulfill.
Unfortunately our supplier is longer able to renew the stock due to overall low-demand some of these products.
Again, if you have any orders in production that have not shipped out we will refund your order.
Effective immediately we will cease fulfilling these products and we are working on a system to prevent these issues from happening in the future.
