To make sure your standard packages are upgraded to express shipping, all you need to do is hit the “upgrade to express” button on your line items inside the Pillow Profits Fulfillment dashboard.  This will add $8.00 to each item and ensure it gets shipped to your customers in just 4-7 business days (not including production times).

As you already know, if you are using our standard EMS shipping coming from China you will experience heavy delays in delivery times from the end of October to January so it’s important to get your products switched over to our Express Line product builder.

Important information you need to know to use express line shipping:

  • Express shipping can only delivery to residential addresses (no PO Box or APO)
  • Your orders must be in pending or on hold to upgrade your standard orders to express (you can’t upgrade after your items have moved into production)
  • You cannot express ship pillows, cloth totes, and socks (the cost is too high to send with express packaging)

Make sure you get your products switched over to express delivery before the end of the month to avoid costly delays to your customers.
